I am at the moment staring blankly on the laptop screen thinking what I should write for this entry and waiting for ideas to flow freely from my typing fingers. Writing this way is not highly recommended for like most of my teachers told, we should draft our ideas before starting to write. Well, never mind, this is how a blog entry should be written.
I am at school at the time of writing this entry waiting anxiously for the next class (eheh), 5A. One interesting class indeed. A class which consists of a bunch of popular students at SMAS, from the headboy, hostel captain etc. all are gathered in one class. By the way, don't get me wrong, I don't place students' popularity as one of the essential criteries to be liked by me. What I am interested to tell you about this class and all of the classes that I teach this year is their diligence and the fact that they do listen to me keeps me motivated to come to school everyday. I love your passion and I hope that you can hold on to it for a lifetime as there is nothing more tragic than losing the interest and curiosity to seek for knowledge. Knowledge is the tool that drives one to be successful in this material world and most importantly, it is knowledge that draws you nearer to Allah.
Apart from that, there are teachers who complaint about certain 'monkey' behaviours by students of a class that I teach and I've been told that the class is a good medium to test your patience. Well, I have set my mind to treat your 'mongkeeism' as an oppurtunity instead of obstacle. Yes, learning is a serious bussiness but that does not mean you cannot have fun while learning. I only hope that you enjoy learning as much as you enjoy playing soccer at the field every evening. Things must be done in an affectionate way for it to be something worthy for one and the same must be applied in learning.
Okay. This is my short entry that I hope is sweet enough to you. To form 4 students, all the best in making decisions for your next step in the life of education. Till we meet again. Adios.
yups!!
